when i was a young skinhead in London in 1984, getting into Wagner, Mahler and Bruckner et al, I used to wonder at these old men, still at the height of their composing powers, battling destiny to try and complete the final meisterwerke (cf Mahler not according 'das lied von der erde' symphony status, so death wouldn't cut him off at the mystic 9 ((as per Beethoven))... Now I am here, and surveying the prospect of trying to complete three trilogies (as per Sir Kenneth Grants 'Typhonian Trilogies') under the auspices of Nashazphone (because Aegypt is the Magick, both for Moses and thence Voodoo) and my heart wells with joy and pride at having this choice, these chances, this life.

Thank you Hicham and Sam and Cats and Horses, I can almost imagine a life where I didn't have all these and I know I would be bitter and vicious. But here I am, full of love and musick, looking to humbly pick along with our current of the universal refrain. amen

The Woods are Alive....

With the scent of Openings

 There are portals. This was noted as we crossed the field before entering the wood that is Oakworth Park. The herd often goes a little crazy in woods, the excitement mingled with ancestral tiger fears is heady. But we'd already tramped seven country miles on a hot spring day, and so domino and play each rolled three times in the dead leaf carpet, sweaty hides on the crinkly loam. I checked domino before he invaded the grassy portion of park, but I did wrong, for who's to say he was not headed for the hexe stone, and thence to the 'altar of hell' (removed, but maybe to be re-opened by an impetuous hoof?) rather than just grass?.... next time I will listen, give him his head, follow.

and a joker.... a cosmic joker, right now the meaningless and profound profusion of spring blossoms are blowing around like snow. to fall like cherry blossoms..

He was a Lion, a Leopard, those that follow will be jackals and hyenas, after that it really won't matter.

Quite how a 3.5 legged feline chonk catches a non-nocturnal bird in the wee hours, is something "prudence only knows", but goodness did she try and tell all, in a multi-media show involving zebra and a towel. here is a short extract from act 3 entitled 'birdie on the ledge'.
